At The Black Tape Project, we want you to feel confident in your artistic expression; however, due to the intimate nature of our adhesive products, we can only accept returns on unworn, unopened merchandise within 14 days of delivery.

Return Process

  Contact our support team with your order number and photos of the unopened packaging to receive a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA).

  Package Your Item

  Securely place the original, unopened product into a mailing envelope, ensuring the adhesive seals remain intact and untampered with.

• 3.
  Ship It Back

  Affix the provided return shipping label to your package and drop it off at any authorized carrier location.

• 4.
  Receive Your Refund

  Once our quality control team verifies the product's integrity, a refund will be issued to your original payment method within 5-7 business days.
